Donald Lally
Donald J. Lally, Jr (born 1955) is an American attorney and Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing the 48th District from 1989 to 2002 and the 33rd district since 2003 that includes parts of Narragansett and South Kingstown Rhode Island. Since 2010 Lally has served as House Deputy Majority Whip.
==Biography==
Lally was born 22 February 1955 in Rhode Island and he attended East Providence High School in East Providence, graduating in 1973. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Rhode Island in 1977, and attended the New England School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 1998.
